Portrait practice

Bem, mais um fim de semana passou. Pouco produtivo, no que á lida da casa diz respeito, mas produtivo sim no treino do desenho digital.

Parece-me que estou a descurar o desenho manual, mas na verdade este tipo de desenho é até muito semelhante, uma vez que desenho comum lapis no ecra, e muito mais satisfatório, pois depressa se corrige os enganos e acrescenta-se tudo o que a nossa imaginação nos leva a desenhar.

No entanto, gosto muito de desenhar a lápis, até por acho que tenho mais jeito nesse tipo de arte.

Não vou desistir do grafico, o futuro da arte passa por aqui, assim como tudo o que nos rodeia. O design gráfico literalmente envolve-nos, desde os rotulos dos produtos que consumimos, placards publicitários, capas de livros, etc… tudo o que nos rodeia foi feito digitalmente para nos atrair, influenciar, ensinar…

De qualquer forma… aqui está mais um treino, neste caso um auto-retrato muito lisonjeador 😬, e o aperfeiçoamento de um feito anteriormente.

Amanhã já é segunda feira. Não aspirei nem limpei o pó, mas fiz 48 anos, passei o dia com a minha família, desenhei, e estou feliz.

Well, one more weekend has passed. Unproductive as far as the house keeping is concerned, but productive in digital drawing training.

It seems to me that I am neglecting manual drawing, but in fact this type of drawing is very similar, sincei draw with a pencil on screen, and much more satisfactory, because one quickly corrects mistakes and adds all that Our imagination leads us to draw.

However, I really like to draw in pencil, even because I think I have more ability in this type of art.

I will not give up the graphic, the future of art passes through it, as does everything that surrounds us. Graphic design literally involves us, from the labels of the products we consume, advertising signs, book covers, etc … everything around us has been digitally made to attract, influence, teach …

Anyway … here is one more practice drawing, in this case a very flattering self portrait 😬, and the refinement of one done earlier.

Tomorrow is already Monday. I didn’t vacuum or dust, but I turned 48 years old, spent the day with my family, drew, and I’m happy.

Here is another atempt in Procreate digital drawing. This time i,m happier with the result.

Its hard to pass from paper to digital, but i´m starting to really enjoing the processo.

Graphic Design

Embarquei numa nova aventura. O desenho gráfico. Além de estar a tirar umas formações para me ajudarem a entrar nesse mundo, estou a experimentarão novo IPAD Pro de 12.9 da Apple, presente caríssimo do meu marido… Obrigada Amor!!!

Espero ter a capacidade para um dia me dedicar só a este tipo de actividade. Design, arte gráfica, webdesign, etc.

Tudo assuntos que me fascinam e quem sabe, com 48 anos, possam significar um novo começo numa área de trabalho que realmente me dá prazer.

Nunca se sabe. É um sonho. Talvez este sonho se torne realidade.

Aqui está mais um exemplo de um desenho (tentativa de o tornar o mais perfeito possível… apesar de ser apenas a minha terceira obra gráfica).

E ainda uma tentativa de desenho de cartão de visita…

I embarked on a new adventure. The graphic drawing. In addition to taking some Courses to help me get into this world, I am trying out Apple’s new iPad 12.9 Pro, a expensive gift from my husband … Thank you my Love !!!

I hope to have the ability to one day dedicate myself to this kind of activity. Design, graphic art, webdesign, etc.

All subjects that fascinate me and maybe, at 48 years old, could mean a fresh start in a work area that really gives me pleasure and hapiness.

You never know. It is a dream. Maybe this dream will come true.

Onother sad day

Hoje chove. Gosto de chuva. No entanto o dia fica triste e cinzento.

Puxa as piores emoções, desanimos, arrependimentos.

Aqui a olhar para quem me acompanha nesta vida, percebo que passamos tão pouco tempo verdadeiramente juntos.

Gostaria de ter mais tempo. Para explorar, para viver mais aventuras, para nos rirmos mais vezes juntos.

Espero envelhecer com ele. Espero ainda ter tempo para realmente usufruir dele em pleno.

Here looking at who accompanies me in this life, I realize that we have spent so little time truly together.

I wish I had more time. To explore, to live more adventures, to laugh more often together.
